A GROUP OF JADEITE CARVINGS
Comprising twelve very well-carved jadeite animals, the ox, dragon and rooster carved from icy green material; the rat, monkey and pig carved from translucent lavender material; the rabbit, snake, horse, goat and dog carved from translucent white materials suffused with green and yellow colour; the tiger carved from translucent honey yellow material; representing the rebus 'Chinese zodiac', to the wooden stand, largest carving approximately 29.03 x 44.09 x 15.68 mm
Accompanied by report nos. KJ47940, KJ47941, KJ47942 and KJ47943 dated 3 March 2010 from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory stating that the animals are natural jadeite and no polymer is detected (12)
