Rectangular, the hinged cover and base enamelled in translucent white over a ground engine-turned with horizontal lines and ribbon-tied floral swags, the ends with leaf-chased gold bands, flanked by chased leaf bands, with diamond-set push-piece, in the original silk and velvet lined wood case stamped 'Fabergé St. Petersburg Moscow, London' beneath the Imperial warrant, marked inside cover and base
