Rectangular with rounded corners, the cover enamelled with a bearded man, possibly Sadko, playing a gusli before a group of women, trees and a lake, the right border with stylized trees and fish, the reverse with a strawberry plant among conforming decoration, with simulated cabochon emerald push-piece, marked in field
