The bowl, marked O. Kurliukov, Moscow, circa 1890, the sugar-basket, mark of Ivan Saltykov, Moscow, circa 1890
The bowl, circular on a spreading circular foot, with two handles, the body enamelled with a band of stylized flowers and foliage in shades of pink, white and green on a white ground, marked under base; the sugar-basket, circular with slightly baluster sides on a spreading circular foot, with hinged handle, the body and handle enamelled with scrolling foliage in shades of opaque pink, green, yellow, transluscent blue and red on light blue ground, the foot gilt, marked under base and on handle hinges
