Circular with ribbon surmount, on ball feet, inner bead border then a narrow translucent oyster white enamel border over wavy engine-turning, a narrow gold border with ribbon-wrapped decoration framing a final gold-eged cobalt blue champlevé enamel border with an engraved gold line through the centre, gold strut at back
