The necklace composed of ten quatrefoil panels interspersed with trefoil links suspending oval-shaped pendants with palmette terminals and hinged foliate drop centres, the front with more elaborate pendant of girandole design, matching ear pendants en suite, circa 1840, necklace 43.0 cm long, ear pendants 6.5 cm long, with French assay mark for gold, in original red leather fitted case
