The present work is a study for Medical Inspection in the Imperial War Museum Collection, London.
In Study for Medical Inspection we observe a line of soldiers stripped to the waist awaiting a medical inspection during the war. It is interesting to note that aside from other slight compositional changes, one soldier present in the study is omitted from the final work.
