Suspending a detachable sugarloaf cabochon sapphire pendant, weighing approximately 158.81 carats, the bail set with graduated baguette-cut diamonds, to the navy cord neckchain and baguette-cut diamond barrel clasp, mounted in platinum, 15½ ins.
With report 2125333915 dated 15 July 2010 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that based on a collection of observations and analytical data, it is an expert opinion that the origin of this sapphire is Sri Lanka. No indications of heating
