The sugarloaf cabochon sapphire weighing 26.12 carats mounted within a rectangular-shaped diamond surround accented by circular-shaped cabochon sapphires to the rectangular-shaped diamond shoulders and plain hoop, with presentation case, ring size 5¾
Diamonds stated to weigh a total of 13.61 carats. Circular-shaped cabochon sapphires stated to weigh a total of 0.63 carats. Stated to be mounted in 18k gold.
