Gilt-finished jewelled lever movement, gilt dial, Breguet numerals, circular yellow gold case, translucent royal blue enamel bezel, translucent blue enamel snap on back centred by an applied diamond-set floral motif, white and royal blue enamel borders, applied white gold and diamond-set intertwined openwork border, white gold and diamond-set pendant and bow, matching gold, enamel, pearl and diamond-set brooch, case stamped Musson, M.D. and with French gold assay marks
