In the form of a flower on a twisting stem, the petals set with cabochon sapphires and the leaves set with diamonds, with chain and pin, in the original silk and velvet lined box stamped in Russian 'Fried. Koechli St. Petersburg' beneath the Imperial warrant, marked on pin, pin guard and reverse
