The front mounted with a detachable panel which may be worn as a pendant, composed of a cushion-shaped demantoid garnet within an old-cut diamond surround to the diamond-set openwork mount with foliate detail and hinged bangle, mounted in silver and gold, circa 1890, inner circumference 16.0cm
