Gilt-finished full-plate two-train verge movement, pierced and engraved balance cock, turned balluster pillars, pinned musical drum playing three different tunes (Cotillion, Lovely Nancy and Minuet) with six hammers onto five inverted nesting bells, white enamel dial, eccentric hour dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minute divisions, sweep center seconds, two subsidiary dials indicating phases and ages of the moon and the choice of music, large circular case with finely pierced and engraved scroll decorated band and centered by a sprig of flowers, music start/stop and balance start/stop levers in the band, dial and movement signed, associated later outer case
