The Artist's Mother seated at a Table looking right (B., Holl. 343; H. 52)
etching, circa 1631, watermark Double-headed Eagle (Hinterding A-a-b, dated 1632-34), a fine, dark and rich impression of the second state (of three), with the delicate lines in her face printing very strongly and the spot of burr at the tip of the nose clearly visible, trimmed to or on the platemark, a small repair with touches of pen and ink just to the right of her hands, another tiny repair in the blank area to the left, otherwise in good condition
