drypoint, circa 1652, without watermark, a very good impression of this extremely rare landscape, printing with much burr in the trees and foreground at right, touches of burr elsewhere, with a light plate tone, selectively wiped in the sky at upper right, with faint vertical wiping marks, thread margins, the upper left corner very skilfully made up, some other, minor defects and restorations
