Set with a cushion-cut violet sapphire, weighing approximately 12.81 carats, flanked on either side by three trapeze and bullet-cut diamonds, mounted in 18k gold and platinum
With report CDC 1007047 dated 9 August 2010 from C. Dunaigre stating that this violet sapphire shows gemological properties consistent with those of sapphires from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). No indications of heating
With Sapphire Brief GB 100556 dated 7 March 2007 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that the blue-violet sapphire shows no signs of enhancement
