Designed as a graduated series of cut-cornered rectangular-cut peridots, each within an old mine-cut diamond scalloped surround, spaced by old mine-cut diamond scalloped plaques, suspending a series of detachable pear-shaped peridot pendants, each within an old mine-cut diamond surround, mounted in silver-topped gold, circa 1870, 17 ins., plaques detach to be worn at various lengths
