Of elongated oval form, on four ball feet, the body repoussé and chased with foliate whorls, one side en plein enamelled with a maiden in period costume holding a bread and salt plate before a walled city, the opposite side with a blank cartouche, the handle formed as a peacock with enamelled feathers, marked under base and on peacock's tail
