Maker's mark indistinct, possibly Cyrillic 'SB', Moscow, circa 1890
Circular on three twisted ropework ball feet, enamelled throughout with shaded varicolor stylized flowers and scrolling foliage, the bowl centering a domed medallion enamelled with a stylized bird on an olive ground, with rope-twist rim and white pellet borders, the shaped handles with conforming decoration, marked inside bowl
