Marked Ovchinnikov with the Imperial warrant, Moscow, 1879
Book form, on four feet, the hinged cover mounted with a plaque applied with a varicolor stylized izba with two cockerels on the roof and centering a blank circular cartouche, within a border of pan-Slavic geometric motifs, the hinged clasp with conforming decoration, the inside cover and sides lined with green suede, the bottom lined with gilt silver, marked on cover, inside interior, and on clasp, also with Soviet marks
