The Hublot Ayrton Senna Big Bang watch not only celebrates the life of the famed Formula One race car driver but extends the goodwill which he sought throughout his life time. Senna (21 March 1960 - 1 May 1994) was known for his skill and was a national hero in his home country of Brazil. The three time champion was killed in 1994 at the San Marino Grand Prix. The Senna Institute was begun by his family not only to honour him but also keep alive his desire to help the youth of the world. The Hublot Big Bang was made in a limited production of 500 pieces with proceeds being donated to the Senna Institute.
