Lot Essay

With Jaeger-LeCoultre Certificat de Garantie dated 10 May 2008, Tourneau Watch Warranty and Instruction Book, instruction manual, original fitted wooden presentation box containing a magnifying glass and outer packaging.

According to the Archives of Jaeger-LeCoultre, the present watch was manufactured in 2007.

The Régulateur à Tourbillon model incorporates several highly practical functions: an automatic movement, the second time zone with 24-hour display which can also be used to maintain a reference time (home time), and the date indication which can be corrected in both directions. Passing in front of the tourbillon, the date hand would however partially hide it during seven days. The hand is therefore jumping the date scale from number 15, situated at 5 o'clock, to regain its normal course at the number 16, placed at 7 o'clock. This date jump starts at midnight on the 15th of each month.
