Lot Essay

Grace Elliott Trudeau had often visited her brother, Gordon Elliott, a landscape architect who lived in Varengeville, France, and was a neighbor and friend of Braque. Her eldest son, Pierre Elliott Trudeau was the 15th Prime Minister of Canada from 1968 to 1984.
