Designed as a cushion-cut yellow sapphire and diamond pendant, to the cultured pearl necklace with pavé-set diamond ball elements, 43.5 cm, pendant 5.5 cm, with French assay mark for gold

Accompanied by report no 57679 dated 12 November 2010 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the cultured pearls are treated and that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating and a colour considered stable
