The gold chain suspending thirteen eggs, each in either guilloché and cloisonné enamel, hardstone, glass, silver or gold, some with gold mounts, emeralds, diamonds, and rubies, marked on loops
16½ in. (41.9 cm.) long
Provenance
Katie Fox, probably a governess to Princes Nikola (1928-1954) and Alexander (born 1924) of Yugoslavia in the 1930s.
Bequeathed to her neighbour in Hampstead, London, Rosemary Wright (née Samways) in the 1940s.
