MAKER'S MARK CYRILLIC 'EPR', PROBABLY MOSCOW, 1899-1908
In the form of a swan, the body enamelled with shaded varicolour stylised scrolling foliage on a pale blue ground within blue pellet borders, the raised prow cast and chased as a swan's head, the upswept handle cast and enamelled as a swan's tail, marked under base and on handle
