Globular, on circular foot, the upper section moulded and painted in earth tones with wild animals in a forest, including bears, elks, wolves and a sable, above a pale green zig-zag border, marked under base with green underglaze factory mark

By repute, given by the Emperor Nicholas II (1868-1918) to the army doctor Alexis Alfimov.
