Gilt-finished full plate movement, chain fusée, verge escapement, repeating with two hammers on a later bell, finely pierced and engraved cock forming the name CHEVALIER, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, blued steel hands, aperture for winding, circular case, split pearl-set bezels, the reverse with a royal blue translucent enamel over engine-turning centred by a diamond-set rosette, repeating by depressing the pendant, movement signed Chevalier and Godwin
