With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1972 and its subsequent sale on 27 February 1973.

Reference 3581 was manufactured from 1970 until 1975 in yellow or white gold only.
The present watch hardly ever appears at auction and according to our research, this is the fifth known to have reappeared on the market.
