With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated December 2003 and additional case back. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the watch with opaline-white dial and 12 "obus" indexes in white gold in 2003 and its subsequent sale on 17 December 2003.

Reference 5136/1 was launched in 2003 and was in production until 2007 in yellow and white gold only.

This watch has never been offered before in public and is here presented in overall excellent condition. According to our research, less than 10 examples of the present reference 5136/1 in white gold have appeared on the market so far.
