With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin and Attestation dated August 2003, original sales tag, setting pin, product literature, original fitted presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the watch with opaline-white dial and obus-indexes in white gold in 2003 and its subsequent sale on 21 August 2003.

The present watch is number 106 of the limited edition of 125 examples in white gold produced by Patek Philippe to celebrate the 125th anniversary of their German retailer Wempe in 2003. A total of 125 examples each were also produced in 18K yellow and pink gold as well as 100 examples in platinum.
