Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the watch with slate-gray dial, 10 diamond indexes and 2 Roman hour markers in white gold in 1999 and its subsequent sale on 27 October 1999.

Reference 4861 was manufactured from 1995 to 2006 and was made in yellow or white gold only.
