With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated June 1992, original fitted presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the watch in 1992 and its subsequent sale on June, 25th 1992.

Reference 3878, one of Patek Philippe's only automatic skeletonized wristwatch, was in production from 1981 until approximately 2007 when it was replaced by reference 5180.
