Lot Essay

The signature 'Elizabeth Taylor Clutch' was named after Elizabeth Taylor following a meeting with Lana Marks at her Beverly Hills home and was commissioned, at Miss Taylor's request, in violet to match her eyes. The teardrop diamanté accents, featured on each of the clutch bags, were also requested by Miss Taylor, who later sent a personal note to thank Ms Marks for the beautiful pieces.
