Set with a cushion-cut sapphire, weighing approximately 37.29 carats, within an old mine-cut diamond surround, mounted in silver and gold, late 19th century
With report CS 44764 dated 31 May 2011 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that it is the opinion of the Laboratory that the origin of this sapphire would be classified as Classic Burma (Myanmar). No gemological evidence of heat

Accompanied by an additional letter from the American Gemological Laboratories attesting to the rarity and prestige of this sapphire
