Oval, the hinged samorodok cover applied with a silver and diamond-set Imperial double-headed eagle below an Imperial crown tied with blue champlevé enamel ribbon, within waterleaf and tongue chased border, the flange with everted rose gold thumb-piece, rose gold interior, marked inside cover, base and flange, also with later Soviet marks and later Polish standard mark
