RUSSIA, 19TH/20TH CENTURY
Comprising a damask linen tablecloth, with the crowned cypher of Emperor Nicholas II, the Imperial double-headed eagle, crown and crossed sword and sceptre, dated 1912/1913; ten napkins with conforming decoration; six small napkins, each with crowned cypher of Grand Duchess Olga Nikolaevna and Imperial double-headed eagle, with fringed borders; two embroidered handkerchiefs with the coat-of-arms of Count Chernyshev-Kruglikov
The tablecloth 232½ x 114¾ in. (590.6 x 291.5 cm.)
Provenance
Acquired by the family of the present owner before 1950.
