The shield-shaped plaque composed of carved emeralds and ruby leaves interspersed with cabochon emerald collets, the single-cut diamond and enamel border to the baguette-cut diamond line detail, with emerald bead accents, circa 1925, 5.1cm wide, with French assay marks for gold
With maker's mark 'WC' flanking an anchor with two stars
