The seed pearl cover applied with a pair of baguette-cut sapphire and circular-cut diamond horizontal bands, the reverse with linear white enamel decoration, with seed pearl and diamond-set boule handle to the four cabochon sapphire pushpieces, opening to reveal dual hinged compartments including a bevelled mirror with powder compartment, together with a money clip, aide memoire and concealed pencil, circa 1920, 9.0cm long, 7.7cm wide
