Designed as a line of marquise and brilliant-cut diamonds suspending a three-stone pendant mounted with a pear-shaped diamond weighing 5.46 carats, a brilliant-cut diamond weighing 1.77 carats and a square-cut diamond weighing 2.27 carats, 40.5cm long
