Accompanied by a Rolex International Service Guarantee, date of service May 04, 2010, green leather Rolex service box and a Rolex Day-Date pamphlet.

For a short period of time in the 1970's, the Rolex Day-Date reference 1803 was available with colored dials that had the appearance of enamel. These coloured dial variants are sometimes referred to by collectors as Stella dials and are quite rare and collectible.

Reference 1803 is illustrated in 100 Years of Rolex, by F. & G. Mondani, 2008, p. 77.
