Comprising a necklace designed as a series of graduated heart-shaped fancy yellow diamonds, each within a brilliant-cut yellow diamond surround, spaced by brilliant-cut yellow diamond florets; and a pair of ear pendants en suite, mounted in 18k gold, necklace 43.2 cm long, ear pendants 3.5 cm long
Accompanied by thirty-eight reports dated from 21 October 2003 to 22 August 2011 from the Gemological Institute of America stating that the thirty-eight heart-shaped diamonds weighing from 6.05 to 0.31 carats is fancy yellow, natural colour, internally flawless to SI2 clarity

The total weight of the certified diamonds is 66.97 carats (3)
