The tops designed as baguette-cut diamond ribbons centering upon a white or a grey-brown button-shaped natural pearl in a brilliant-cut diamond partial surround, suspending a white or a grey-brown drop-shaped natural pearl, with diamond-set cap, 5.5 cm, with French assay marks for platinum and gold
Accompanied by report no. 64249 dated 25 July 2012 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the 4 pearls are natural saltwater pearls (2)
