circular gold case, the gold dial with black Roman numerals and chased with foliage, inscribed MOULINE GENEVE, the reverse enamelled with a portrait of Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington (1769-1852), after the daguerreotype by Antoine Claudet of 1844, the movement with cylinder escapement, signed on dial and movement and numbered 23100, with key
