egg-shaped ochre-brown moss-agate box with hinged lid, with gadrooned and reeded central gold mount, the pierced foliate thumbpiece applied with three rose-cut diamonds set in rosebud-shaped silver collets, the hinged scroll suspension ring on spreading foliate mount
