FROM A PRIVATE CANADIAN COLLECTION
In the year of 1982, in an effort to promote Chinese arts and culture, the current owner's family organized an exhibition of Modern Chinese Paintings in Canada with the help of the Chinese government. With the participation of over 50 Chinese painters, the exhibition was held across Canada (i.e. Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto and Ottawa), whereby these paintings were also featured. The paintings have been with the family since then.
