etching, circa 1749-1751, watermark Fleur-de-Lys in a Circle (possibly R. 7, dated 1748), a good impression of Robison's first state (of six), First Edition published in 1749- circa 1758, with narrow to thread margins, with the usual vertical central fold, an associated backed tear above, a few other nicks and short tears at the sheet edges, otherwise in good condition
