Mechanical jewelled lever movement, gilt brushed dial, black baton numerals, circular pink gold case, snap on back, hinged within a United States of America Ten Dollar coin, the front with the Lady of Liberty and dated 1881, the bald eagle on the reserve, opened by pressing the thumbpiece in the milled band, 18k gold Piaget buckle, case, dial and movement signed
