With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1947 and its subsequent sale on February 12th of the following year.

The reference 2402 was produced beginning in 1945 and in production until the early 1950's. The present watch is the fourth known reference 2402 to appear on the market.
