BY THE KORNILOV FACTORY, ST. PETERSBURG, 1835-1843
Comprising a covered teapot, twelve cups and twelve saucers; the teapot hemispherical on a circular gilt base, the body and cover painted with St. Petersburg views amidst gilt rocaille scrolls on a white ground, with gilt scroll handle and spout, the cover with floral finial; each cup and saucer with scalloped gilt border, the body similarly decorated; each cup with scroll handle and gilt interior, some marked under base with impressed factory mark
